The Panellist briefly explained on the main framework of National Automotive Policy (NAP) 2020 driven by three strategies and three directions (from NAP 2014) with the introduction of three elements namely Mobility as a Service (MaaS), Next Generation Vehicle (NxGV) and Industrial Revolution 4.0 (I.R 4.0). The presentation further elaborated on the Direction 1 of NAP 2020 – Technology and Engineering of 16 measures (general and specific) and 44 initiatives identified for the implementation plan for NAP 2020.
